I did not receive all the items I sent, back. I sent a brand new pair of glasses in the original box. I received the glasses back without the original box. Then they told me I didn't send the box, basically calling me a liar. I don't prefer to do business with companies like this. I'll take the loss and not do business with then in the future.

Ordered replacement lenses for my meta glasses. When I received them I tried to pop them out to put my original lenses back in. They wouldn’t come out. Notified lens direct, was told to rerun them and they’d fix them. I sent them back to lens direct. After two weeks was told they could fix my prescription lenses in my Meta frames. The lenses have to be permanently installed in my frames They’re not prescription. They never were prescription. Lens Direct is incompetent. Do not trust your expensive Meta frames with them. I have an email chain documenting all this.
