I ordered both lenses to be replaced in my existing frame. The whole procedure from placing the order - sending them my glasses (immediately) and LensDirect finishing the task and mailing the updated glasses back to me (with their "light speed delivery" for which I paid extra) took 20 days to be completed. Although the job was done satisfactory the turn-around time is too excessive for me. I will not order from this company again.

I placed an order with LensDirect and inadvertently shipped my contacts to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service, Chelsea made sure my order was corrected and that I would receive the contacts. Very helpful!
