I was having some issues getting my prescription verified and so I contacted customer service via the online chat. Natasha was incredibly helpful and got my issue resolved in just a few messages! She also upgraded my shipping for the hassle of having to wait so long for my order. Very helpful!

For the second time this year I’ve been sent an incorrect order (the contacts in no way match the order form of my prescription). When I call Lens Direct for assistance, nothing is expedited or handled well overall. Instead, they replace the order and 4 days later my contacts are still “pending inventory” with no ship date to be seen. In addition, i’m told that “for my convenience” they will send me a shipping lab to return the incorrect order. To be clear, having to repackage and go to drop off the incorrect order is in no way convenient. Their policy acts like they are doing me a favor by placing a new order and making me do all the work. It’s so frustrating!
