The terrific communication (with Daisy Desir, who was responsive and speedy and gave clear and helpful explanations), the quality of the product (I'm wearing one pair of glasses and the others are on their way); with one Covid exception, the speed of performance, and the ease of getting new glasses. I'm 74 with shaky hands but was still able to figure out how to measure for lens replacements. And I got to keep my favorite glasses for far less money than elsewhere. My only beef is that there's no way to use my (pitiful) eye insurance. But even that is made up for by the terrific sale prices and discounts. And when I forgot to input one of them, I was given the discount retroactively. It can't get better than that. (And yes, I'm a real live customer; not a shill. I just like the product and the performance.
