I was having difficulty tracking an order and would not let me log in through Facebook so I emailed lens direct to help me through this and I got Kayla to assist me very quickly and now I'm able to log in and track my package thank you again

This is the most unprofessional company I ever run into. I ordered a pair of lenses in August 2022. They shipped the right lenses THREE months later, and NEVER shipped the left lenses. They kept me waiting until I ended up canceling the rest of my order because I got my lenses from another provider. Horrible experience. A total waste of my time and a gamble with my healthcare.

August 19, 2021 i paid and sent in my progressive sunglasses to get new lenses, installed, 4 weeks or so later, i got them back, they were going to be my back ups incase my new glasses had to go into the shop, Yesterday May 1st 2023, I opened the box to find, nose pieces missing and NO NEW LENSES, and NOW I cannot get anyone to respond to me, I Paid $219.20, HOW DO I GET REFUNDED,

Kissel was great and helped me out big time. She was able to escalate my order because my last pair of contacts ripped in my left eye. I got upgraded shipping also. Having only one eye to see perfectly and the other blind as a bat has gotten annoying at this point. But at least my more dominant eye has the contact. I can’t wait to be able to see again.
