Ellen was great. She promised to follow-up on my order which was delayed. I’e never experienced such a long delay with Lens Direct. This was a one-off. Ellen followed up, as she promised, and let me know the status of my order. She even went as far as to ask me when I was leaving for vacation to assure that my replacement glasses would arrive in time. She saved my status as a return customer.

It’s been two weeks and my contacts haven’t been mailed out yet. They said a week ago that they expedited my order but it still says pending on the status page. No one has helped me. Not worth the trouble
