My glasses are amazing! I love the progressive lenses. I was originally dubious about progressive lenses but, these are great! Excellent customer service! Thank you very much!

When I checked on my order the website didn’t have a record of it. I called and Warren found the order, explained to me why there wasn’t a record on the website and is expediting my order.

I was checking the status of my order and noticed it said "bad prescription." I called and spoke to a representative who told me I needed my PD. She told me my doctor would be able to provide me that information, which was untrue. I called and spoke to Keisha Louise, who was not all that helpful with the correct information, but she walked me through the steps and showed extreme patience with me.
