I placed an order with LensDirect on 12/17. Unfortunately, even though I entered the prescription correctly, I received the wrong contacts for my left eye on December 24. I reached out on 12/27 and was told I'd receive a return label via email and the correct contacts would be shipped. It's been over a week and I still haven't received either so I reached out to LensDirect via the chat feature and was connected with Keisha. She was extremely professional and sympathetic and took steps to make sure each of the issues I had was rectified before we ended the chat. If only everyone provided customer service of this caliber... Great job Keisha and thanks again for all of your help!
