There was an issue with backordered stock but Bibi filled me in and promised to check up on progress a day or two later. He just emailed to explain a partial shipment would be made soon to help me out. The fact that he promised communication and actually delivered is rare in todays world. Great job!

Kayla was very helpful and professional. I decided to try the Chat feature instead of just doing everything myself online. It was nice to actually deal with a live representative! I was able to get the product that I needed at a fair price. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I have been purchasing contacts since 1971. (Not a typo!) Kayla came through with flying colors. Thank you Kayla!
