So the issue with the hearing aids is the app Have made multiple attempts at locking in a custom setting and it keeps changing settings on its own After 3 support chats waiting for a call back now Seems like a familiar theme

The app keeps changing the volume up and make them too loud. I tried changing all the environments to the same level but it keeps happening. I also tried resetting the iPhone. The left hearing aid will sometimes go out and have to reset it.
