Living in the desert getting drinkable water is a challenge and getting RO water is the first step. Thankfully we bought bought the Life Ionizer under the counter water system. Customer and Tech Service was able to get us exactly what we need. We had to install their RO system and then add the Minerals to that. We needed instructions with the set up and we were able to get help, though during Covid the call back system took usually about a day for Tech support, though Customer Service is readily available. We love that we can have the under the counter feature, and the full spectrum of water offered by this model from acid to super alkaline. For the price and quality it is a great buy.

This is by far the best quality ionizer i’ve found on the market. After extensive research and trying multiple through friends and family, i’m glad I found LifeIonizers. On a side note I am extremely pleased with the customer service as well!

100% and absolutely love our ionizer. I hydrate so much more efficiently after long runs and workouts. I feel ultimately better drinking from my ionizer. Overall I 100% recommended to anyone who is on the fence. Absolutely worth it 🙌.

For quite some time I have been dealing with acid reflux due to a duodenal hernia. Barring major chest surgery I am relegated to taking Prilosec antacid on a daily basis to control the excess stomach acid pain. I have found over the past year that drinking the alkali water regularly in conjunction with the antacid has cut my need for Prilosec in half, down to every 'other' day. I can't say for sure it's a direct result of the water, but results are results. Nothing else has changed. I believe the pitcher has had a positive effect on my situation.

Terrible customer service. Our under the counter unit was sent in for service at our expense and has leaked since it returned to us after 2 months in service. More than once over the years we have not been called back when told that a tech would. Our emails are frequently unanswered. There administrative office does not follow through with their word. Getting the replacement filters take months.
