I called Life to order my replacement filters for the year and was helped by Janet. She was very friendly, fast, courteous and knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure all my needs were met, and even informed me about a crazy sale Life is having. Unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of it, but If I was shopping for a new ionizer I would have jumped at the opportunity.

Had a great experience with Janet when zi called to order filters for my MXL-9. I had to leave a message, but she returned my call promptly. Very satisfied with the customer concerns. Much better than the previous owners, who were unresponsive to phone calls. Always a pleasure to do business with pleasant ant responsive vendors. I highly recommend them. I spoke with Justin who was patient with me and answered all my questions. I was placing an order to get new filters and citric cleaners for the next year. Justin informed me about the latest filtration system but put no pressure on me in regards to whether I stayed with what I have or exchanged for the new one. My family and friends have referred to me as being a water snob. I will admit I am. I can smell and of course, taste bad water. Life Ionizers has been amazing, clean and pure water for my taste buds and my body. I love it and with the economy and short supplies of parts, they have always tried to figure out, accommodate and suggest how to keep my machine and pitchers going. My one recommendation is to keep your PH at 8.5 instead of moving the numbers up. If you are eating healthy then you don't need more and we are already alkaline bodies needing a booster to keep us healthy.

Great customer service! I have the MXL-11 machine and used it for a year with excellent results. The machine was stored for over a year due to unrelated issues and is in for a deep cleaning at Nutech Water. The machine was done in a day after they received it, and is being sent back to me with new filters. The unit has been excellent for my health (I was able to beat early stages of esophageal cancer by keeping my body alkaline). If you want to stay healthy and avoid health issues Life Ionizers are a great way to go. Customer service has been A+. I highly recommend Nutech Water LLC and the Life Ionizer Units!

We have had our Life Ionizer 7500 water filter for about 3 ½ years. This instantly became a vital and critical part of our daily wellness, when my Darling and Angel, Lois, was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer in early 2017. This was the most horrifying, heart-wrenching news possible; we were inseparable for 43 years. A month after that terrible diagnosis, a very dear friend, helped us acquire our filter system towards the goal of helping fight my Beloved’s cancer. While we endured a 3 year battle that ultimately took my Sweetheart’s Life, the filter system was greatly appreciated by us both. Prior, my Sweetheart never enjoyed drinking water all that much, but the change in the water quality and taste were a noticeable and significant improvement and certainly helped her in this regard. During our battle, the folks at NuTechWater were wonderfully supportive, and did whatever they could to assist while we were dealing with all the efforts that cancer treatments imposed. I cannot thank these wonderful people for all they did to help us in our attempts to survive this horrid disease. The quality of the water, and the integrity of the business team both are extremely stand-out.

We absolutely love our machine. We had an Enagic machine for about 10 years. We had the 5 plates and it was expensive. The time came to replace that old Enagic machine. We decided to go with an MXL-9. The price was unbeatable for how many plates and the pH range it can provide (2.0 pH - 11.5 pH)
