We purchased the MXL-13 last year and have been very happy with our purchase. It was an easy install and the water truly tastes amazing and makes me feel amazing. When I called to purchase new filters Janet was extremely patient and helpful! Life Ionizers has been a great company so far to work with and truly cares about their customers.

Paul Johnson and team are always helpful, professional, and down to earth. I really appreciated him always taking the time to answer my questions and making sure I had what I needed to do the installation of our home purification system and alkaline ionizer. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to them. Thank you Paul!

I have enjoyed knowing I'm drinking healthy purified water and alkaline water daily for many years. Also, I enjoy using acidic water for cleaning and not contributing to more harmful plastic waste in our environment. I am grateful to Life Ionizer for creating an easy way to know you're contributing to your health everyday. Thank you, Candace Schiff

I love my M7X 2017 Model Next Generation Life Ionizer Alkaline Water Machine, The Machine Talks To Me and gives me choices of alkaline levels and the Water Is amazing, I use my Water To Cook With and make my homemade Ginger Brew which has a pure refreshing taste brewed with alkaline water. My Machine encourages other Family Members to drink more water because the Water taste so much better and is healthier for the Body, I've noticed that when drinking my Life Ionizer Water during Flu Season I did not have the lingering effects of a Cold or Cough and was able to recover from joint pain. Hydration At The Highest Level! Level Up With A Life Ionizer Alkaline Water Machine and it will speak to you! and your body will love it........

I have had a counter top ionizer for many years and switched to an under counter unit - works like a dream with just a touch of the button. Easy to install and have had no issues. Alkaline water is what I only drink and I make kamboucha with the purify water. I recommend the ionizers to all my friends - its a bit expensive but it is absolutely worth it !

This is the second time I am posting a review regarding Life Ionizers. The first, was a one star scathing review describing their terrible customer service regarding an order for replacement filters for my M7 Next Gen Ionizer which I purchased from them 5 or 6 years ago. To be clear, the purchase transaction of the ionizer was by the book, the cost of the unit fair, the delivery smooth, and the product as described. The problem was, they could not make good on delivery of the replacement filters and came up with a string of rediculous excuses as to why, culminating in them cancelling my order and referring me back to my credit card company to try and recover my nearly $600 (Canadian) expense that they would not or could not refund. The good part and the 5 star rating is that to make amends, they have since resurrected my order as it was 8 months ago, and shipped to me at no charge the complete order. This I really consider Life Ionizer is "going the extra mile" for their customer to make things good on their original mistake. I am happy to be getting good clean filtered alkaline water again, and expect to do so for a good number of years. I am of the opinion that under their new management, they will be a fair and reputable company to deal with and I will continue to do so. Thank you to Paul in technical services for making things right.
