Recently purchased the life ionizer shower head after purchasing the the life pitcher which I enjoy. The showerhead is a good product to the line however the design itself could be improved. There seems to be a leaking issue with the seal even with the O-ring in place between the filter casing and showerhead piece when screwed together. I tried screwing on many times and even took the device to a hardware store and they couldn't figure out why the design was causing so much issues. Reaching a technician is also difficult and the fact that I have to pay to ship this back is a disappointment. So I will keep it until I find something that works better. I wouldn't spend money on this again.

Are people really falling for this obvious scam? Please learn some basic chemistry before you waste your money! There are also enough video's on youtube that debunk te myth of ionized or alkaline water, please watch those first before you make stupid decisions!

I HAVE HAD MY IONIZER FOR A YEAR. I LOVE IT! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING AND HELPFUL. IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL AND EASY TO OPERATE. WISHED I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT SOONER.

Life Ionizers are great! The water is not only good for you, but it taste great. In addition, I do not buy bottled water anymore because I have a Life Ionizer in my kitchen.
