I've had my MXL-9 for about two years now and it has worked flawlessly for me the entire time. The advanced control system really takes the guesswork out of maintaining and operating the system. I just replaced my filter for the first time this week and I'm a pretty heavy user.

The customer service has improved. Which is good because water isn't getting any cleaner on its own. They call back in a reasonable amount of time as they claim.
