I absolutely love my Life Ionizer. I have had it for probably ten years now and it had been down due to my own neglect in changing my filters. Justin is a great technician @ Life. He helped me get it back to the company so I could have my Ionizer back up and running again. TYSM Justin. You are the best!

The machine seems great ! The service is shocking! Ordered replacement filter and took five months , was told due to covid and not been able to get shipments! Then told new owners had taken over. Would I go to my bank and request my money back and purchase it elsewhere? Where from , when this is only uk supplier? . This company should hang it's head in shame for its after sales and communication skills. Finally did receive the filter in a plastic bag with the filter in a damaged box . There was no protection from the packaging and the filter has been damaged ! £15 for delivery and can not be bothered to send with any protection around the box ! Shocking Update on my review The company has now sorted out all our issues we had and we hope the company will now give 100% customer service so it can offer great machines with great back up service . I would buy another machine, they are very reliable.

I have had the Life Ionizer MXL15 for around 4 years now. The ionizer is great, but the customer service after the purchase is very lacking. The filters have to be replaced every year. That's ok. It's to be expected. However, the first year I ordered my replacement filters, it took about 5 months (maybe a little more) for them to arrive. Supposedly they got stuck in customs. The second year it took almost that long (not quite but close) for a similar reason and this year it didn't take as long, at first. Now I continue waiting to have my machine give me good tasting water because my order, which was placed over the phone, wasn't submitted correctly and I was short one of the filters I need. So when my order finally came, I had to order the missing filter. It is now 1 month later and I still haven't received the missing filter. After patiently waiting, I called customer support. It took 3 calls and waiting the bulk of the day to get any answers, and when I did get an answer, I find out that the order for the missing filter was not placed correctly, and have had to order once again! I wonder why the person I placed the order with couldn't call me back to tell me there was a problem with the card numbers I gave them (their mistake not inputting it correctly). What ever happened to good customer service? My experience says that is not the norm with this company. The machine is good. The after care is not. It's really too bad for a good product.

I bought my ionizer in 2019...installed easily as directed and has worked without any issues since. Have not thought about the ionizer until recently when the unit indicated that the internal filters needed replacement. Had to look up the unit to reconnect with the manufacturer. Ordering was easy and the filters arrived much earlier than expected...great customer service.

My first item to try out is the Life Pitcher for my office and is easy to use and clients love the fact they are getting a healthy water option before and after their detox treatment.

I know I can always connect even if they are walking their dog, they are so helpful, and knowledgeable on everything.
