We believe products designed to work together create better outcomes for people and pets. The outcomes that actually matter — for your dog, your skin, your home — come from products designed to work together, not products trying to do everything alone. Whether you’re feeding your dog, taking care of your skin, or cleaning up the kitchen, what you’ll find here are products that just work together, so you get better outcomes with less guesswork.

Amazing dog food, our Luna girl adores it. Every time we feed her, she pounces 2 feet into the air with excitement for it! Once we started giving her this kibble, she never has any rashes or weird stools. We are life-time customers!!

I am having issues contacting the company about my autoship. I need someone to call me. I keep getting put in vmail without any support. I have been using Life's abundance for over 10 years and have never had an issue conctacting the company except for the last 2-3 months.

I have been a customer for over 6 years with yall! Y’all’s customer service is awful. I have two full bags and can’t cancel my auto ship. I am going to my credit card to block anymore purchases. Been on hold for over 2 hours, yall never callback or answer your emails. So disappointed. Your tech people need to be fired.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m truly sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience, especially after being with us for more than six years. We’ve followed up with you directly via email regarding your Autoship status. We’re very sorry for the long hold times and communication delays you’ve run into. This is not the level of service you should expect from us, and we’re working hard to return to the reliable experience you’ve known over the years. Thank you again for your patience, and for giving us the chance to make this right.

We are having the same customer service problems as many other customers. I am a very long term, loyal customer. I have tried emailing several times to both emails and get no response/or an error message and the email won't go through. I have tried calling but am placed on hold with a repeating message and never get to an operator. I have left my number for a return call and never have received one. I have received double shipments that I did not want. I do not believe that these problems could possibly be from computer upgrades. Please immediately STOP my auto ship before December 10, 2025 and CANCEL my account. This is shockingly disappointing, bad business practice. You must stop. Kim Jordan

I've had difficulty finding a place to review Life's Abundance. Not as a dog food brand, but as a company. I had been using Life's Abundance All Stages dog food for my Bernadoodle for about 18 months based on my breeder's recommendation. It was fine. My dog had little problems with it, but I did need to add a pre-biotic to it to avoid infrequent diarrhea issues. At any rate, I was a subscriber on Life's Abundance, and about two months ago they missed their shipment. It was poorly communicated, and I got some dog food from PetCo that I had used for my labradoodles before they passed. My dog was fine with it. And the shipment still didn't come. Tried to call and no answer from customer service. I cancelled my shipment and my subscription out of frustration. I did more research and found another high quality dog food brand that my pup loves. Finally, I got an apology email from the CEO of Life's Abundance. No offer for a refund or a discount. Just an empty apology about the screw-up in implementing their new systems. Anyway, I had moved on. Today, I got a warning email that my subscription (that I had cancelled). The typically would give a couple days to cancel or postpone a subscription shipment. I went into my online account and it had RESET my subscription. I cancelled it again, and then got an email that my order had shipped and they billed my credit card. I called them, was on hold for about an hour, then decided to opt for a call-back that never came. I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Their automated recording while I was on hold continued to talk about the company's integrity and transparency. I find neither of these things to be true about Life's Abundance. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had — the missed shipment, difficulty reaching us, and the Autoship reappearing were all the result of the system issues we’ve been working through, and we understand how frustrating that was. We’ve reviewed your account and want to confirm that your Autoship has been fully canceled and a refund has been issued for the recent shipment that went out in error. We appreciate your time with us and regret that this disruption overshadowed that. Our team is committed to returning to the reliable service our customers should always expect.

What is going on??I have been waiting on the phone for hours for many days trying to talk to someone. Our auto ship is not being updated properly. We moved and changed our length of time between shipments and nothing was processed. We are now getting a email saying it has been shipped and to the wrong place on the same schedule. I cant get ahold of anyone and this was not the case when we first started this company. Thinking we will have to cancel our almost 7 year old order with this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for being with us for almost 7 years. I'm very sorry you’ve had to spend hours on the phone and still can’t get your Autoship updated correctly—that’s not the experience you had with us before, and it’s not what we want for you now. Very briefly: we’ve been working through a difficult technology transition that has affected some customers’ ability to update addresses and shipment timing, as well as reach us as quickly as they should. That’s an explanation, not an excuse, and we’re sorry you’ve been caught in the middle of it. We’ve sent you a Request for Information through this platform so we can locate your account, fix the address and schedule, and help get everything back on track for you.

I usually have no problem with contacting Life Abundance but today I waited on the phone for 3 hrs,to place my order. No one answered, I finally gave up. I probably will cancel my auto ship.

We’re very sorry for the difficulty you had trying to reach us and for the frustration that caused. We’ve recently been working through technology and call-volume challenges, which were especially intense leading up to the holiday and resulted in much longer hold times than you or we would ever want. This isn’t the level of service you should expect from Life’s Abundance, and we’re actively getting back to our normal response times and reliability. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us do better, and we hope we’ll have the chance to restore your confidence in us.

very dissatisfied customer. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Worst service to date. Autoship not sent as scheduled. I have called and waited online for over 2 hours multiple times and no response from emails I have sent. Dont blame the customer because of your upgrades. Your upgrades suck!!!!!!

Thank you for speaking so plainly, and for being with us for over 10 years. You’re right to be upset. We’re very sorry that your Autoship didn’t go out as scheduled and that you’ve had to wait on hold for hours slower than usual response to your emails. The system changes we made created real disruption for customers, and that’s on us, not on you. We’re disappointed in this, too, and we’re taking responsibility for fixing it. You should be able to count on us without having to fight to get through, especially after a decade together.
