The best!
LiveAgent is hands down the best customer service management system available. Not only do the features of LiveAgent meet all of the needs for delivering an efficient customer service experience they are consistently improving and expanding the system to do more. Customer support is top notch. I am very happy with the choice to use the system and I recommend it to my clients on a regular basis.

Nice but lacking some key features
Nice helpdesk system but is lacking some key features needed for busy support teams.

Good to have if you want a live chat system on your page.
Features are great, but some settings may not be customized.
