Kinfe sharpening - couldn't be happier.
Brought in my beloved-but-beat-up-asian-blade for sharpening. I know it's a different angle than Western knives but thought I could do it by hand. Nope. It had a nick out of the point and the edge looked serrated in places. First time dropping off a knife to be sharpened, so I was surprised by the $10 deposit. The clerk was surprised that I was only dropping off one knife. I was very happy when I came to pick it up and found out it wasn't a deposit, that was the entire charge. More importantly, the nick was gone and the edge was perfect. Now I see why the clerk was surprised; as long as I'm headed over, I want all of my blades sharpened there.
