Delivery was fast. The pieces are great quality and the price was just what I was looking for. I looked at all of the other furniture companies before placing my order. My one question about delivery schedule was answered within minutes.

Zero customer service. Not sure this is an actual company- i.e. one with employees and some kind of organization. When you call the number on their website, it goes to a voicemail that has not been setup. Someone from another country called us back later who did not speak enough English to understand the shipping issue we were having. The order had been shipped and was on the way to our residence while the order status was still 'preparing your items for shipment' and had been sent on a huge truck that could not maneuver our roads. There was no way to contact the shipping company nor the furniture 'company' directly. We don't know what will happen with our order next and there is no clear way to cancel it.

This company is beyond great! Really amazing experience with my recent purchase. Delivery service was perfect and the product is so well made. I am in love with my console table. Is really the star of my living room.

This is the first time ordering from this company. The two breakfast table chairs are very nice and great quality. I will definitely keep Louxas in mind on the next furniture order!

Ordering a breeze, and customer service. Has not yet been delivered for a final rating.

I have two pieces from Louxas and I love them so much. They look so high end in our home. You can tell the attention to detail through the quality. The couch is incredibly comfortable and stylish. The sideboard is a statement storage solution that makes our dining space look straight out of a magazine!
