I think it’s absolutely amazing it scans your face etc and tells what you need. But doesn’t tell you about eye creams… which is a must! Regarding the products they recommend are very expensive compared to what’s online. I’ve just saved half what they wanted me to spend.

Thank you so much for your feedback! ❤️ Please note that you can always change your price setting in the routine preferences; that way, you can get more expensive or cheaper options depending on what you prefer. We're updating the prices based on local e-commerce stores (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.), so they should be up to date. If you found online offers that are much better than what we offer in the app, we'd really appreciate if you could share the details with us at [email protected] so that we can potentially improve the pricing information for all of our users! Thank you again, Alexey & the Lovi team

some recommendations are good, some are basic, Iwouldn't say it's a bad app tho.

Hey! Thank you so much for your feedback! ❤️❤️❤️ We do not shy from recommending "basic" products, since those, in many cases, are a very good choice, especially from the "value for money" perspective. If you're interested, please try selecting a higher target price range for your program; that way, you'll get more luxurious brands and non-trivial formulations. Thank you again! Under one month of using this app to scan my face and I bought the Korean skin care products that were recommended, I am getting a lot of compliments from my colleagues. I stopped breaking out, my dark sports are fading gradually , my facial skin is glowing and looks brighter 🤗
