Fantastic support and an essential tool for entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur managing multiple tools to understand customer behavior, Lucky Orange is an invaluable asset to me. Whenever I stumbled across issues or had questions, I reached out to their email support. Each time, I was thoroughly guided to a complete solution. What truly sets them apart is their transparency. Even when a specific feature or ideal solution isn't technically feasible, they humbly explain how the platform works and give everything they can to help you find an alternative. Great people, great product. I highly recommend Lucky Orange to any entrepreneur who is getting their hands dirty trying to truly understand their clients.

We are very pleased with especially the AI features. Compared with the previous version, the insights are clearer, faster and much easier to turn into practical improvements. A significant upgrade.

Tons of great information about the people that are visiting our website and gave us some really good insight on our visitors that allowed us to take action with how we target them.

Had an onboarding call with Justin, he first asked me if I had any questions and answered everything single one in detail. Just then went through each individual feature and went a step further by blocking known bot IP addresses which can use up sessions. At no point was I pressured to upgrade on to the payment plan. This call helped me see how I can utilise the app to benefit my store.
