Lucky Orange is fantastic. This service can quickly pay for itself many times over within the 1st 10min of use. I actively use it to seek out issues customers are experiencing on the websites I administer. Without Lucky, I would be Lucky to find such issues which could go unnoticed for a very long time and potentially cost sales. I also like the ability to seek out form issues. Another extremely helpful feature is all the insights you gain such as the type of device and browser customers are using while experiencing issues. Super helpful for troubleshooting.
