Easy to use and provides an insight to customer behavior
We have been using this app one month so far we like it. We can see why our customers leaving our web site without checking out. We did not use the chat option yet.

Small price, big help!
The software sits on our website and provides a great deal of useful information about how users are interacting with our site, where they are clicking, heatmaps and how far down a page most people scroll. We also get the company names of many of the visitors too which is an added bonus for our ABM campaigns.
