Drew was an awesome representative. I was searching a while back for a perfect L-Track chair that was within my budget when I got a follow up call from Drew to help me through the process. At the time it must wasn't going to work financially for us so we opted to wait. We reached out 5 months later and Drew has all of our information still readily available and was more than helpful getting us into a new infinity escape. Excellent Service and product, Only problem was in transit, the wrong phone number was provided and shipping company did not correct when transferred to a local company for final delivery causing a delay and numerous phone calls to get delivery scheduled. The chair is unbelievable.
