I love everything about this chair other than the feet rollers are hard but can turn them off.taking time to lean all the function and still haven't yet I love the part were it stretches you out. My kids come over and use it and loves it.was easy to put togather too.I recommend this chair. The MCS has replied to this review and said there is settings for the feet rollers,and they would help me with all functions. Thanks MCS 5 STAR

My experience with Ryan at Massage Chair Store was exceptional. The chair we ordered was back ordered and took longer than expected, but Ryan was sure to keep me updated regularly about the delays. The chair arrived as ordered and has been a comfortable piece of furniture in our home.

This feels like a middle man working from home. From the way the order was processed to the lack of follow up. For a $6000+ purchase, I expect more. Go to a store and try before you buy or you'll be sorry. The highlight was when the white glove delivery person told me how great my chair was that it was new and had a sensor to know where exactly my pain is. I had to explain to the dumb boy that's not what the sensor does. I don't think it was set up right not that they every called to check on me becuase my chairs sensor thinks the back of my head should be pounded on an vibrated and does nothing for my shoulder. Sensor boy may had set this up wrong. $6000 not so well spent

Quick delivery, relatively simple to put together, many different functions to work various areas of body. Works very well and is relatively quiet doing it. Very satisfied with the purchase after studying many alternatives.
