the whole experience of shopping with Ryan was great. then when I was trying to figure out how to use the many buttons on the IT-8500 he sat in the chair in the showroom and I sat in mine. Ryan walked me thru the very easy to operate chair, it was a lot faster then trying to read the directions and push the buttons. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of buying one of their massage chairs. they went above and beyond in service and help. Love ZERO Gravity. Thank you so much.

It's taking a little getting used to, but it's living up to all expectations. The leg massage was a big surprise, and works great! My constructive criticisms are these: 1) it needs a DETAILED instruction manual on how to operate the panel board, outlining what button does what, etc., 2) my panel board has no "home" (one of the pictures shows it attached to the chair and on a post on the right side - it isn't), 3) Ryan offered one, but there does not appear anyplace to connect it, 4) the panel board needs much better lighting, so that you can use it in the dark without having to turn on a light to read it.

One thing I always consider in buying any merchandise online is the customer satisfaction. Base on my experience, I'm very satisfied with the assistance of Ryan, the customer service executive. The infinity deluxe massage chair exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of massage in all aspects. However, the delivery was supposed to occur in 2 weeks; it arrived in 4 weeks. The dispatcher was friendly and apologetic when the chair was not delivered on the day specified, but I never did get an explanation/call for the failure to deliver. However, the chair did arrive promptly the following day. The chair was put together via the white glove agreement. However, a complex checklist was given to me before I tested the chair. The right arm does not pressurize. The delivers were on their way before I could tell them that the right arm does not pressurize. It is an amazing chair. An instructional video is needed to understand how to regulate it.
