I purchased the newest Lurarco chair made in the USA and have been extremely happy with the massages I get everyday. I love the morning wake-up massage, the stretching massage prior to exercising and the nighttime relaxing massage. I think it is great but my wife loves it even more than I do. She uses it everyday some times twice a day and thinks it is "Heavenly." Thank you for such a great product that is making our lives better.

The massage feels great. It worked out the kinks that I had. I have a partial right hand, the pressure of the air bags has help with pain in my right and left hand/arm, which is amazing. My husband had his scapula hurting on the right side. Now he doesn't complain how it hurts him anymore. You will be sore after the first two massages (at least), because the chair is working on the knots (acupuncture) in the muscles and muscles that haven't been massage. You will be tender; but it's worth it. I had troubles assembling the the arms on the chair. Now, the arms won't latch properly during the massage. The tools that were given are too big to fit in the tiny space to screw in the pieces.

My name is Erick Rittle and I own Sunseekers Tanning Salon & WellSpa in Lebanon Pa 717-272-5210. I would have rated this company 5 stars BUT when I needed servicing for my Infinity Iyashi Massage Chair (which is under a Commercial Limited Warranty) their Warranty and Service Department, which is contracted, FAILED MISERABLY. I purchased the chair for my salon on 10/22/2014 and few months later I started having issues. The most significant issues came in July of 2015 when we submitted a claim to the Warranty and Service Department. We've made multiple calls via my manager Sheena Garman and rec'd very little customer assistance. We had multiple customer service issues mainly from the Tech who rarely returned calls in a Timely Fashion and Never Showed Up at agreed upon dates. NO RESCHEDULING calls made from them either. I highly suggest NEVER purchasing any product that requires servicing from this company. Reliability is the issue here. Very Disappointed. It's been well over 2.5 months of requests for servicing and no resolution. We have experienced a measurable loss in business do to the interruption of services. Best Regards, Erick Rittle Owner

Chose the Osaki SD pro dreamer chair, based on it's functionality and versatility. Read many reviews on it and many other models and manufacturers. After careful consideration, deceided it was the best massage chair for my purposes. I then researched the means of aquistion. It turns out that massagechairstore.Com had the best promotion, finance option and ease to conduct business. The various people I dealt with were very helpful, professional in manner and friendly to interact with. I would recommend them to my friends.

I have only good things to say if you're looking for negatives, keep scrolling. My experience with massagechairstore.com was amazing from start to finish! From the order to deliver was less than two weeks, the customer service was top notch, white glove delivery even better! My chair was put together and ready to go in less than an hour. The Osaki 7200H is a dream come true. I have had it over a month now and use it at least three times a week. Each and every program feels incredible! I love the heat, hand and foot massages the most. I can say the I am thrilled I went with this company, and extremely happy with my purchase!

Received our Infinity 8500 massage chair in Feb. 2015 and it is the best purchase I have ever made. I researched lots of companies and found that the Massage Chair Store was good to its customers with good support; Never had to wait to talk to Ryan Rothwell who is patient and helpful to answer any questions. For years I had a crick in my left shoulder that went up my neck. I had gone to chiropractors and it helped but always came back. I am 74 and my chronic aches and pains are gone. I can put in a hard work day in the yard and feel like I've been in a wreck but twenty minutes in the Infinity 8500 and I feel renewed. It massages from head to toe, helps with spinal alignment by stretching you and when you finish you are totally relaxed. I feel like this chair will add years to my life. I have talked my daughter and another couple who exercise with us into getting one. They are still thanking me. I want all my friends to have one and I'll never be without one! Many people are buying hot tubs to help them relax but the Infinity 8500 is less expensive, less maintenance and is sitting there ready to go anytime. I love it!! Carl Wilkes

I do a lot of strenuous exercise, and this chairs has made a real difference as a way to smooth out the "kinks", as a finisher. With it's multiple settings, I get the "FULL_MONTE" It's a real keeper, a great investment, for the health conscious being.
