I enjoy the chair but the assembly was near impossible with tight to reach connectors and poor instructions. The instructions were probably originally printed in color but what came with mine were black and white copies that referenced color codes that now were impossible to see in black and white. Neck pillow slides all over and eventually falls off the back. Great chair but spend an extra dollar on instructions.

Roger, We understand that some of these chairs can be difficult to assemble. We do apologize about this and have been working with all the massage chair manufacturers in having them create better instructions that come with the chairs. We are happy you enjoy the chair and as for the pillow you can actually gain slack from it if you want by pulling up on the air lines from the back to use it and have it not fall off. Most people do not use the pillow as it takes always from the Deep tissue massage the IT-8500 has to offer. Best, MCS Customer Service

Solid durable machine attractive in my living room. Can be a bit tricky to fasten a couple bolts if you assemble it yourself like I did. For sure a firm massage more then enough for anyone . One thing I don't like is the foot rollers are simply too aggressive at least in the pre select modes . Tends to squeeze your foot a bit too much during the massage. I have done it for 20 minutes straight but normally turn it off after 10 minutes. The best feature is the stretch as the main reason I bought this model. Will correct your spinal ailments in 90 days in my opinion. I won't spend more then 4 grand on a chair so this one works. Nathan Michigan

I had an accident 2 years ago, and have been going to physical therapy, chiropractor, massages and acupuncture. My husband talked me into getting this chair, and it was the best thing we ever did! It replaces all of my therapies! I use it 2 times a day, and the best is right before I go to bed!! It relieves all your aches and pains, as well as neuropathy, leg cramps and all! Our Infinity Iyashi chair with the extend program is awesome!! Stretches out your spine and relieves any pressure you may have in your spine. It covers from head to toes, including arms and fingers!! I would recommend the Massage Chair store over and over again!!

We went to their brick and mortar store and tried all the chairs they had on the show room floor. They explained the differences and pointed out what we should look for in a chair. We walled in thinking it was between two chairs. After trying the chairs and feeling the differences between the chairs we choice onre that was a perfect fit for me and my wife which was not even on our radar. It has been a perfect fit for us and has exceeded our expectations. Even our children can use the chair we bought. I would recommend them highly for customer service and their knowledge and expert advice.
