Massage Chair StoreReviews of massagechairstore.com

This is the second purchase I have made with this company. Both times have been flawless. This company saved us money and helped us with our shipping due to our unique location. They remembered everything from our first purchase and knew exactly what to do. There are so many chairs but they helped me greatly in finding exactly the chair that was best for me. I would not hesitate to buy from them again or take their recommendations.

The sales rep, Tyler, was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. The product is (expletive deleted by reviewer) awesome. We are very satisfied with the deal which we received for our payment plan. Not one single negative about the exchange.

We love the chair. It is great. We are putting a new roof on our house just my wife and I and we new we would probably be sore and have aches and pains. We look forward to cleaning up and take turns in our chair. By the way did I tell you we are 73 and doing this job. Many thanks to their staff

Very helpful. Great service. I'm very happy with my chair and I saved about 50% over getting it somewhere else. The person assisting me was very helpful and knowledgable and I would recommend this store to others as well. I LOVE my chair~!

The massage chair store has one of the best customer services that I have ever dealt with. I had a problem with a chair that I purchase from them. Without delay they had the old chair pick-up and sent me another chair. Their prices are the best. I will definitely purchase from them again.

We are very pleased with our Riage 3 chair. Great staff was very helpful.

I will never deal with this company again. I cancelled my order 2 days after I placed it and they are charging shipping (which they claim is free) and installation, for what? For something that was not delivered? now I'm still in dispute with Synchrony Bank only because a sales man Tyler Pelletier and a manager Ethan Jule cannot do their jobs. I will see them court if my dispute does not get resolved soon. READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE ORDERING FROM MASSAGE CHAIR! Better yet deal with Titan Chair, they're more efficient!

We are very happy with our massage chairs.
