It was quite easy to deal with this company! Their representative Ryan Rothwell who I dealt with exclusively was courteous, customer minded and had the right 'can do attitude'...that is to say very pleasant to work with! Ryan was further helpful when a problem with the delivery of the chair occurred! He not only took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer for help but also assisted in getting the "white glove" delivery company to keep us updated!! Without Ryan the deal would probably have gone bad... Thank you Ryan!!!!!!

I enjoy my chair however its not working. I realize its not the Massage Chair Store's fault however I have not received any assistance on getting my chair fixed. You need to stand by what you sell and not simply just sell it. Very frustrated.
