Dear Jayson,
It seems you may have intended to obtain five cases free of charge by leveraging negative reviews, but this is not an appropriate or ethical approach. As a business handling over 12,000 orders per month, we are well-versed in various tactics, ranging from fraudulent chargebacks with claims of stolen cards to unfounded accusations about the authenticity of our goods.
• If the card used was stolen, why would the billing and shipping addresses match?
• If the cases were truly “fake,” why would you want to keep them? Additionally, why would anyone purchase multiple items from a site they find suspicious?
We take pride in the quality of our products, and over 200,000 satisfied customers attest to this. Even Apple recognizes our legitimacy, as evidenced by our official app on the App Store. Furthermore, we hold a perfect score of 100/100 on Scam Advisor. The only reason our score on this platform is not 4.9 is due to our decision not to pay for their services, a well-documented issue among businesses.
While we appreciate your feedback, we believe there are more constructive and honest ways to spend your time than posting inaccurate reviews. Should you have legitimate concerns, we are always open to resolving them professionally.
p.s. We take Sundays as a day to rest and do not respond to emails, so we would have appreciated a little more patience before escalating the matter. Unfortunately, I cannot share screenshots of our email correspondence here, but I trust that those reading this will recognize the situation for what it is.
The emails in question involved demands for a refund, accompanied by threats of negative feedback and reports against our company. When we do not respond to such tactics in the way the sender expects, they resort to posting negative reviews, as it is unfortunately easy to do so online. The internet has given everyone a voice, including individuals attempting to acquire items without payment by leveraging small disputes.
We stand by our principles and do not succumb to fraudulent behavior, even when the amounts involved may seem minor. Integrity matters, and we believe it is important to stand up for what is right.
To reiterate, we will not issue a refund unless the items are returned to us. Attempting to retain both the items and a refund is not only unfair but also akin to theft. We encourage you to reflect on this situation and act with honesty.
It is evident that this buyer has no reservations about making false claims, as the assertions presented here are simply untrue. While they are entitled to return the items, they are not entitled to $200 worth of merchandise for free.
Additionally, it is worth noting the inconsistency in their statement: the items were delivered on a Sunday, yet they claim to have "checked" them at an Apple Store on the same day. This is especially questionable considering the buyer resides in a town that does not even have an Apple Store.
We are committed to providing fair and transparent service, but we also stand firm against dishonest attempts to exploit our policies. Should the buyer wish to proceed with a legitimate return, we are more than willing to accommodate this in accordance with our standard practices.
Sincerely,
MaxPureCases Team
