The only accurate claim in your comment is that our warehouse is in Europe—everything else is simply untrue. If you had contacted us, we could have resolved your problem quickly. Regarding shipping: orders sent via the $1.99 or $4.99 shipping options typically arrive within 5 or 3 days, respectively, while free shipping can take up to 10 days. This individual, who purchased an item two days ago, has already begun to insult us after we informed him that we are unable to process a refund. His claims are entirely baseless, as we are a Google Merchant Center and Apple-approved business with an iOS app available on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/maxpurecases/id6738140656 It’s disheartening to witness the lengths some individuals are willing to go to obtain refunds and free items. However, considering the substantial number of monthly orders, encountering a few “bad apples” is likely. To anyone reading this: Speaking negatively about others rarely leads to positive outcomes. While it might seem easier for businesses to issue refunds to buyers like these (who make up less than 0.01%), we believe it’s important to address the situation transparently and set an example. Additionally, it’s worth noting that many review platforms tend to remove a significant number of positive reviews—a challenge most business owners are all too familiar with.

On one side we have very nasty person who lies about everything he says and is blackmailing us with negative review to get the item for free. And on the other hand there’s us, a company that has an app published on App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/maxpurecases/id6738140656 Sometimes it is sad what people would do for 35$.
