After reading the company’s response I feel that it is important to mention again that this company is likely NOT based in the United States. Their US address, as viewed on Google Maps has no relationship to the MaxPure Cases company name. The phone number for the company is not in the same area code as the physical office. In fact, the office is allegedly based in Wyoming and the phone number area code is in San Fernando valley in California? Upon reading other negative reviews of this company all over the internet, customers complain about having to return products to Serbia. So, this company is allegedly US based in Wyoming, with a California phone number, a shipping warehouse in Germany with returns going to Serbia? In addition, the owner of the company bragged in his emails to me about the immense volume of sales that his company does and how the company doesn’t need sales in the US for success. So, why didn’t he just cancel my order as I requested and refund me? The owner of the company reached out to me with some bullying emails after I left my review here and said that the business is an international business and that the US comprises only a small fraction of their business and that they don’t even like doing business in the US because all US customers are difficult like me. He went on to make comments about the upcoming US Presidential election and assumed that I was voting for Harris and attacked me for who he believes that I’m voting for. He went on in his email to add that the US doesn’t deserve Donald Trump. Whatever that means? Honestly, all that I wanted was a leather iPhone case from a US based company that ships from the US and accepts returns in the US. Their internet presence falsely suggests all of these things. Apple and all other big box stores have been sold out of these cases for a long time. A Google search for a leather iphone case drove me to this company that is masquerading as a US company. I looked up the company before purchasing. They’re allegedly based in Wyoming. In reality they’re an offshore company selling fake knockoffs. They immediately send a notification of shipping. Days later there is still no shipping activity on the tracking number because it is in some foreign country. I was completely duped into believing that I was purchasing from a US based company. Dispute over charge forthcoming with credit card issuer. If it isn’t a big, well-known company, I will no longer purchase from unknown company. So tired of being scammed by international criminals. One other important detail … if you look at the names of the folks leaving the 5 star reviews, the names look like names from the Balkans. The one star reviews are from the real customers.

Dear RMK, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you've experienced. To clarify, MaxPureCases is a U.S.-based company headquartered in Wyoming. We operate a warehouse in Germany to efficiently serve our international customers and keep our prices competitive. While we'd love to have a U.S. warehouse, doing so at this time would significantly increase costs, which we strive to avoid to offer you the best prices possible. Regarding your order, tracking information can sometimes take a few days to update, especially with international shipments. We assure you that your item is genuine and on its way to you. We take pride in providing authentic products and stand behind their quality. We understand that waiting for tracking updates can be frustrating, but we kindly ask for your patience. Leaving a review shortly after purchase without allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns may not provide a complete picture of our commitment to customer satisfaction. We value all our customers and their feedback. If there have been any misunderstandings, we'd appreciate the chance to resolve them directly with you. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we'll be more than happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The MaxPureCases Support Team

Worst phone case! This is clearly a fake iPhone silicone case. Bought it to replace my old iPhone silicate which I loved but had gotten dirty after a couple of years of use. My old phone case lasted over a year and a half. I have had this one that I purchased from maxpure cases for only 6 months ! What a piece of crap. It began to bubble and split after only a couple of months. It is a piece of garbage and obviously not the real thing! I never sent pictures to Maxpurses so not sure what pictures that are referencing.

Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your phone case. We noticed that your purchase was made six months ago, rather than a couple of months as mentioned. While we aim to provide products that stand the test of time, wear and tear can occur over extended periods. We also reviewed the photos provided, and the bubble you mentioned was not visible. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please reach out to our customer support team so we can discuss your concerns and see how we might assist you. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The MaxPureCases Support Team

Delivered outside timings, when I had already moved out of provided address. No option to change the address after deadline to avoid it. Paid and didn’t get the product.

Dear Laura, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've experienced. We'd like to clarify that during checkout, you selected our free international shipping option, which typically has a delivery time of 5 to 10 days. This option is designed for customers who prefer the most cost-effective solution and are comfortable with a longer delivery window. For faster delivery, we offer a standard international shipping option for $3.99, which usually takes about 4 days, and an expedited shipping option for $9.99 that delivers within 2 days. These choices are available to accommodate different needs and timelines. We understand that you moved out of the provided address after five days. Unfortunately, once an order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. Our records show that the package was delivered to the address you provided at the time of purchase. We apologize for any frustration this situation has caused. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The MaxPureCases Support Team

If you need to return it, you will have to ship it to Serbia. Website lists business address as Wyoming. But company states that there is no one there??? Very misleading? MC Max Pure Cases... 8/28/24 To: Marie Darrow > Dear Marie There's no one at the Wyoming address, so it will not be delivered. Max Pure Cases Team

Dear Marie, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion you've experienced regarding our return process. While our company is registered in Wyoming, our returns and fulfillment center is located in Germany and if we need to investigate product or if it is not brand new and is unpacked we need to send it to Belgrade for recycling. This setup allows us to efficiently manage international logistics and keep our product prices competitive for customers worldwide. We understand that this may not have been clearly communicated, as we have customers all around the world and we're sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused. We are committed to transparency and will work on updating our website to better reflect our return policies and procedures. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. If you need assistance with your return or have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]. We're here to help. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The MaxPureCases Support Team

I posted a review here stating that my case had broken a fraction over 2 months of receiving and that customer service had ignored my email and then told me that it was basically my fault. Since the negative review here I have been receiving abusive emails in response to this message : I wrote to you on the 13th and 18th of August and did not receive an answer until I wrote a 3rd time on the 25th of August when you sent the reply that this was fair wear and tear. This below was my 4th attempt to get a response from you. You subsequently lied in the reply you gave to my review on trust pilot. I demand a refund ! They responded: You are not going to get refund until that review is there, that’s for sure. You want to take a ( swear word) on me and I am supposed to be better to you than to all other customers and pay for myself something that Apple will not pay? To which I repsonded: ??? To which they responded: WHAT??? Get the swear word away from me, you insect There are other lies from them ; in their reply to my initial review they replied that they had repeatedly asked for photos , which I can prove to be completely false . This company seems to be run by illiterate criminals and I would strongly avoid!

Dear Paul, We appreciate all feedback, but we must maintain a respectful and professional dialogue in any communication. The language used in your previous messages was inappropriate and does not contribute to a constructive resolution. In regard to your request for a replacement, we must clarify that your product is nearly a year old, and no evidence of damage has been provided despite our requests. Our policy is clear regarding warranty periods and the need for proof of any issues, which you have not met. The statements made in your review are inaccurate, and we take strong exception to any false claims. Threats to "destroy us on social media" are not the behavior of a reasonable customer, and such actions do not align with fair and respectful communication. While we always strive for resolution, it appears this situation may not be able to reach a positive outcome unless the proper procedures are followed. Best regards, The MaxPureCases Support Team
