Dear Tracey,
There’s no easy way to say this, but everything you’ve stated is simply not true. The item tracking shows that it was delivered to your address, and a Yodel representative has confirmed this as well. In such cases, only you could have applied for an insurance claim, which could have compensated you up to £90.
We responded to you professionally and consistently, outlining your options to file a complaint, but instead, you chose to focus your energy on posting negative feedback online. Had you followed our advice, you could have even profited from the situation.
We serve over 250 customers each day, and in the rare instances—three times so far—when a customer claimed they did not receive an item despite tracking showing delivery, they simply signed a sworn affidavit, and since the amount was small, they were compensated within 48 hours. Unfortunately, you were too insistent on demanding a refund from us, resorting to name-calling and rude behavior (which, to be clear, was on your part, not ours), and threatening to "give bad feedback all over social media."
Please understand, we will not be pressured or extorted in this manner.
Best regards,
Max
