Had some kind of bug bite on the back of my neck that looked infected. Went on my Blue Cross app and went to the part to schedule a dr app. Within 10 mins I was connected to a doctor got diagnosed and medicine was sent to my pharmacy. It was so easy and fast. Dr was very nice and explained everything that I should do. Very caring and knowledgeable.
