This was a wonderful alternative to visiting the doctor in person when the issue is an easy fix. I lost no time from work, and even had a phone visit while at my desk. I would recommend this for anyone who has an easily identifiable issue.

I called MDLIVE at 4 am, with a horrible UTI. I was helped by Dr Sims, who was so kind and sympathetic, so much more than my own Family Physician. Within 45 minutes, he had called in my antibiotic to the 24 hour Walgreens and I was on Pain meds and antibiotics. I am still thinking about how awesome this service is, especially if someone was on vacation or out of town even. Before this, Id have had to either wait in pain until my Dr. could fit me in or go to the ER since it was in the middle of the night.
