This is the 4th time I have used MD live. What a hugh blessing this is to Humana members. I had a UTI and was unable to get an appt. With my doctor. Since I'm in a wheelchair it made it so much easier to talk with a doctor instead of having to get in the car from my wheelchair which is so difficult, plus getting dressed. The doctor returned my call in a few minutes. Within 10 minutes everything was done. My pharmacy called in about 30 minutes later to tell me my prescription was ready. It was amazing that this entire situation was handled in an hour .

Ihad a cyst in the inner part of my eye. I spoke with a physician who was able to perscribe an antibiotic to be taken orally and to put into the eye lid. I was able to have these meds filled locally. My symptoms began clearing in about 3 days. I was glad that MDLive was able to help me so quickly and it saved me a trip to the dr's office which was going to take a couple of days.

I was super happy how quick and easy it was. I made my appt. I did end up waiting 5-7 for my phone call but was pleased. The doctor was genuinely concerned. He was very easy to talk to. I’d definitely use mdlive again.

My therapist is great. Very convenient especially with not needing to leave the house and risk COVID exposure. Only complaint. When trying to make a future appointment the app is very confusing.
