This was new to me and it's was super fast, easy and cheap! Saved me hours going to a doctor.. my advice could of been better but I will use again in the future!

Horrible customer service. They must be working at home and not supervised because they act is if they dont want to be bothered. What happened to me is unreal with them. I had an infection n a lymph node and wanted to use their service. The online system kept rejecting my $55 payment. I called in to speak to someone and she kept tellling me I was "wrong" and putting in wrong credit card info. Well, SHE was wrong. I had her run the card when on the phone with her and she was quick to yell at me saying "DECLINED". After hanging up, my phone beeped and my card WAS CHARGED. Too boot, I also got an email saying "thank you for your $55 payment". when I called back in, they literally told me there was nothing they could do. NOTHING. They charged my card and never seen me. they admitted to charging me and didnt even want to do anything about it! Customer Service is horrid and they STOLE my money...then had no problem admitting it! Do not try to use this company. Find another. I am ultimately forced to fight with my credit card company and will have to await finaly word on a dispute that could take a month or more. Nobody cares, they steal, the credit card doesnt care either. BE CAREFUL!! Just because its medicine doesnt mean they have good intentions.

Excellent Physician. I felt comfortable, listened to and that my concerns were being taken seriously. I just felt better after speaking with the Doctor. I will use MD Live again.
