Amazing service much appreciated! I came down with a sinus infection, and the symptoms rapidly worsened overnight. By the time I decided I needed help, it was the weekend. I remembered reading about MDLIVE in my benefits package, so I decided to give it a try. The website was easy to use, the doctor called me right on time, the discussion and diagnosis took less than 5 minutes, the prescriptions were called in and ready for me in an hour. This was on a weekend, where I otherwise would have not had access to my regular PCP. The doctor was very pleasant, very quick, and very accurate. I am only sorry I have not used this service in the past when I could have save myself time, aggravation, and needless suffering.
