This was quick, easy and saved me several hours and risk of being exposed to sick people. I love this service. I've used it a couple of times and will continue. I appreciate BCBS of Illinois covering the cost as well.

Absolutely a great service! Outstanding customer service. I was able to speak with a great Dr. Less than one hour after signing up! Even if you have medical ins. , this is a smart service to have. Reaching a Dr. After hours or on weekends can be tough. Not with MDLIVE! Can't say enough about it! Great pricing too!

Highly Recommended! It was easy, fast and affordable and possibly the best medical experiences I've ever had. Within an hour, I completed the online questionnaire; had a virtual consultation & diagnosis; and the pharmacy called to say my medication was ready. I can't imagine anyway to improve the process!

I feel so lucky that MD Live is available to me through my insurance. I know I should have a primary care doctor but I don’t. I’m more of an urgent care person. But seeing a doctor without leaving my house is priceless. I’ve used MD live twice now and both times had positive experiences. Very quick visits. Very expected results.

The whole process was fast and user friendly. The doctor who saw me listened to my concerns and he asked follow-up questions. He was personable and friendly. Excellent experience!

The process of making an appointment, waiting for it, and then having it was all very efficient. I felt like the doctor listened to me and examined all of my current symptoms and past data thoroughly.
