MDLIVE has been such a blessing for me during this year as we had to be quarantined 3 different times for health reasons. They were quick to respond as well as being friendly and thorough. Best choice ever!!

During 2020 my terrible health insurance allowed a perk, due to the pandemic, of telehealth visits with no copay...this ended on December 31st. Since I am on a fixed income, with extremely poor health and, unfortunately, destitute, I could no longer afford to continue my therapy. I have a small grant and that would have paid for , at least, one visit per month, but my therapist didn't think it was a good idea. So she sent me a message saying, "She" thought it best to discontinue therapy because "She" determined I was better off with a one-on- one, in-person therapist....even though she knows I'm on lockdown due to my health and the pandemic...I guess it sounds better than saying, you're too poor to continue to receive help from us...after all, this is a business...goodbye.

My doctor took the call a little late but apologized as she was finishing up with another customer. She explained to me what Covid is, and after a lot of questions about symptoms told me that I was basically getting over pneumonia and that an inhaler would help tremendously. She prescribed it and I picked it up. It has helped for the last multiple days and today was the first day I felt like it didn't help me a lot, that I felt better this morning. Still coughing but less so.

Very easy to setup an appointment. My appointment started on time and the doctor was great. Very professional asking about medical problem, very thorough and not rushed. Very happy with experience.

The doctor contacted me within minutes. She listened and prescribed meds for a UTI. I was able to get a prescription filled within an hour after the phone consultation. It would have taken me two days to get in to see a doctor so this was extremely helpful.
