One of my medicines was not available at my drug store. The pharmacy claims they have sent a request to replace the medicine to MDLIVE, however, I have never heard back from them, as they claim MDLIVE did not get back to them.

The doctor didn't provide a diagnosis, didn't deep dive into symptoms, didn't recommend any follow ups. He gave me a prescription of ibuprofen and told me to ice it. The purpose of my seeking MDLive first was to determine if I should go see a doctor but unfortunately I didn't get any information that I needed. The pain didn't get better, the symptoms got worse and the ibuprofen and icing weren't doing me any good so in the end, I made an appointment with a local doctor. I was diagnosed with tendinitis and was given a steroid shot. I probably won't use MDLive services in the future.

EVEN THOUGH THE DOCTOR WAS SYMPATHETIC WITH MY PROBLEM HE WAS NOT ABLE TO HELP. HE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT PERSCRIPTIONS. TALKING ABOUT LOSS OF SLEEP DOES NOT HELP. WHAT A WASTE OF $82.
