After visiting CareNow twice in 4 days and not being treated I finally reached someone who listened! Read the diagnosis discharge information given to me The Dr wrote me 2 rx and I was able to return to work after missing 2 weeks for an ear infection. Thank You!

Super easy! Super fast! Super convenient! I was starting to get sick, and got sicker overnight. Feeling terrible in the morning and not sleeping all night, I simply signed on, got a phone call, and a prescription sent to my pharmacy... all from my bed. It made all the difference in the world not having to get up, wait for my doctor's office to open, hope they could get me in due to the holiday, and get ready. Love this service!

Service was easy to use. Setting up my account was simple online. The representative that assisted me was knowledgeable and professional. The doctor who I spoke with within less than five minutes after setting up my profile was knowledgeable and listen to my issues carefully. She promptly came to what I believe was a correct diagnosis and prescribed a proper antibiotic for my problem. It has been three days since I spoke with that doctor, and my symptoms have greatly improved. The service saves me time, money, and allowed me to get medical assistance without having to worry about social distancing, masks, and the negative impact of Covid–19. I will definitely be using the service again whenever the need shall arise.

The doctors are the best. Very quick and professional. When they say they are sending over your prescription it's at the pharmacy before you hang up from the visit.

My issues were heard & helped immediately. Meds were in my home within one hour of my conversation with doctor. What a difference a phone call makes. No car trip, walk in rain or exposure to others. Will use again.
