I called to make an appointment one evening. The person taking my information was very competent in her job and was pleasant to speak to. In less than 20 minutes, a doctor was calling me. He listened to everything I had to say. After he determined the course of treatment, the doctor ensured I knew exactly how and when to take my medicine. A prescription was sent to my local pharmacy 10 minutes after our call ended. It was such a great experience! I didn't have to wait until the next morning to call and make an appointment to see my doctor. I was able to begin at-home treatment that evening.

Much easier than waiting for hours at the doctors office. The doctors have all been courteous and professional during visits and I’ll always go to MDLIVE first before going to my primary for minor illnesses.

MDLive made it easy to see someone late at night for an urgent issue with my daughter and get a prescription order placed for pickup right away the next morning. Very convenient!

My call was connected to the physician with a minute of ending the call. Physician was knowledgeable and gave an answer within seconds. Called a prescription in and the topical ointment worked on the bite.
