The app is easy to use. I liked that I could choose the doctor and there was additional information about them to help make the right choice for my needs. I also appreciate the text messages when the appointment is scheduled, the doctor is ready for me, and that my prescription has been submitted to my pharmacy. My only recommendation would be that the app provide information on expected wait times in the waiting room rather than receiving a separate phone call. I usually don't answer calls from unknown numbers and almost didn't answer.

The doctor I spoke with was very helpful and prescribed medication that fixed my issues. The scheduler was understanding and helpful. This was my first MDLIVE visit and I will be using again when necessary. The virtual visit was much easier and quicker than going to my doctor's office.
