Checked in for head injury after hitting the corner of my nightstand with my face. Serious black eye and swelling. My experience was good, the staff and doctor were very efficient and polite. However, there is only so much that a teledoc can do. She advised me to see my primary doctor as soon as possible, which I did. This MDLive visit gave me confidence that I SHOULD go see a doctor, but not much else.

AWESOME! How wonderful to be able to 'talk' to a medical professional without the hours spent driving, waiting, driving home. And I didn't feel rushed speaking to the doctor, so maybe this eases their time crunch as well! Setting up my appointment was easy, and I was able to give my symptoms, concerns, questions etc. Then I was told it would be about 10 minutes, but just a few minutes later I received a text that my provider would be calling. She called, we talked and it was a fantastic experience!!

Easy to use, but the doctor gave me a prescription that only party helped me with what I needed after telling her my history and what worked before. Doctor didn't seem to care. Not sure if it was worth it this time, but glad it was an easy process through MDLIVE.

I was able to receive an appointment within a few minutes. The doctor was respectful, listened, explained the presumptive diagnosis and treatment clearly, and was efficient but not dismissive.
