MDLive is Superior to other Virtual Medical Services
Every interaction I’ve had with MDLive has been superior. The customer service representatives are always friendly and so helpful. The doctors and medical staff are knowledgeable, listen well to your concerns, and are very easy to talk to. I’m so thankful for this service!

For me - Worst Customer Service
I have been trying to resolve 11 false credit card charges for several days. I just keep getting the "run around" from all the CS reps.

It is so much easier to schedule and…
It is so much easier to schedule and talk to a therapist this way. Saves on gas and anxiety of going out to a new surrounding under the current Covid circumstances.
