Call was at time scheduled. Doctor was clear and concise about my problem. Prescribed a medication. It was promptly called into pharmacy. The medication worked and my problem has cleared up. Thanks to all.

While I appreciate the option of MDLive, I feel it was super limited with my situation of trigger thumb & tennis elbow combined with the fact that video was not an option. I was told to rest my left hand & right arm.(nearly impossible for me). That was it. I was looking for helpful stretches or Physical Therapy. Anyways, I think MDLive is a great option for many situations.

MDLIVE was so easy to use. They were very friendly and professional. The doctor called me in a matter of minutes. He was also very friendly and professional. The medicine he gave me helped me to feel much better by that evening and 100% better by the next evening. I will definitely use this service again.

Talking to doctor went well. Just wish that the communication afterwards included information about the prescriptions that she gave to me. Neither the email or text messages had the names of any of the 3 prescriptions.
