This service is so convenient, especially beneficial due to the Corona Virus Pandemic. It's a safe way to see the doctor for basic care. I was highly satisfied with the outcome. Process was very quick.

MAKE SURE your diagnosis/problem is covered under this type service first! Used this bc my daughter had an ulcerative proctitis flair up. They even asked her the reason and took her medical history, you would think they would have said or looked up that its not covered before taking my COPAY. Hours later, the doctor is the one who told her its not covered. Maybe bc this is new and they have to get all the kinks out, I have no idea...but there will be no next time for us...like taking 25$ and throwing it out the window and I'll spend another 25$ going the traditional route, which I should have just done from the get go!
